With more than 25 years in the Financial Services industry, Lisa serves as Senior Vice President, Client Success of Visible Value and brings a depth of expertise in Business Development, Financial Management, Negotiation, Leadership, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, and Process Improvement. She is driven by a passion for helping companies propel growth. Lisa has a proven track record of long-term relationship building and helping her clients become more intentional about growing their businesses and execute succession planning and exit strategies. She is also a leader in the community, actively engaged in non-profits and business associations.

Lisa is also Senior Vice President, Client Success of ourlinQ. ourlinQ is a profit-sharing solution Visible Value created with client, Jones & DeMille Engineering (JDE). The solution led to over a 100% increase in JDE’s profitability in less than two years. In 2019, JDE & Visible Value brought the ourlinQ platform to market. ourlinQ now provides profit sharing solutions to professional services firms and project-based businesses that incentivize their employees to think like owners leading to increased employee engagement & retention and improved project & company profitability.

Prior to joining Visible Value and ourlinQ, Lisa spent the majority of her banking career at national financial institutions (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Fifth Third Bank) working internally in various financial roles within Corporate Finance and Treasury before moving over to the Commercial Banking Sales side. She has facilitated and participated in acquisitions, syndications, and partner buyouts. During her time in Commercial Banking, Lisa thrived on helping clients think strategically and plan for growth. She has led financial teams working with clients from $5MM-$2.6B ensuring an in-depth understanding of their businesses to proactively provide strategic guidance and financial solutions. Lisa is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) with a BS in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Finance.

While Lisa enjoys the analytics of the finance side, she thrives on building strong relationships and giving back to the community. Originally from Greensboro, NC, she spent 11 years in Delaware before moving back to North Carolina to raise her family. Lisa has a husband and three boys, and her favorite pastimes include spending time with family, traveling, reading, exercising, and staying involved in the community.
