Chandra L. Storrusten
CEO & Chief Value Creation Officer

Chandra co-founded Visible Value in 2003, serving as Chief Value Creation Officer. Since 2009, she has also served as CEO. Chandra is recognized for propelling performance to unprecedented levels while ensuring the continued achievement of the goals of internal and external stakeholders. She advises clients on a variety of areas including strategic planning and implementation; business transition and transformation; organizational development; succession planning; exit strategy development; product and service innovation; client and employee experience (CX & EX); market entry and disruption; cultural engagement; and merger and acquisition strategy and integration. Chandra also develops custom training programs and serves as an Executive Coach and Mentor.

Previously, Chandra led two successful turnarounds in professional services. The first enabled the sale of the firm to a company entering the market and the second led to the acquisition of the firm by a competitor. She has also held leadership positions in a second-generation family-owned publishing firm, a Fortune 500 publishing company, and a venture capital backed legal software start-up.

Chandra serves on a think tank for client experience in professional services and regularly presents at national industry conferences including ACEC, CXps, SMPS, and Smart Start on value creation, strategic implementation, organizational development, women in the boardroom, client and employee experience, succession planning, and other management and leadership topics.

She has guest lectured at SKEMA Business School and served on a variety of panels at the Women’s Leadership Summit at Duke University – Fuqua School of Business and Duke University’s Volunteer Weekend. Chandra obtained an Executive MBA from Duke University – Fuqua School of Business in 2003 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Law Minor from Pace University.
