Since co-founding Visible Value in 2003, Chandra Storrusten has served as Chief Value Creation Officer and Managing Director. Chandra serves on a think tank for client experience in professional services and regularly presents at national industry conferences including ACEC, AGC, CFMA, CXps, SMPS, and Smart Start on value creation, strategic implementation, organizational development, women in the boardroom, client experience (CX), and other management and leadership topics.

She has guest lectured at SKEMA Business School and served on a variety of panels at the Women’s Leadership Summit at Duke University – Fuqua School of Business and Duke University’s Volunteer Weekend.
